Blender's interface offers great flexibility to its users. You can create just about any layout you need to get the job done. However, sometimes it gets tiresome setting up the same layout over and over for commonly performed tasks. You create the layout, do the work, tear it down to get back to where you were before and, sooner or later, you're recreating that same layout again.

Well, Blender's Screens functionality is the cure for Repetitive Layout Creation Syndrome (RLCS).
