News: Re-Projection Painting in Blender 2.5

This video (presented by developer Campbell Barton) demos a new feature to quickly integrate the GIMP and Blender where textures can be easily edited in the GIMP and applied back into the 3D model.

cant seem too find it...please mention the build in which this is present

I too am using alpha2 and cannot seem to find how to set up the button for the Gimp, need to know if it is even available in the alpha2 release

It should be available in any of the latest builds at graphicall.org.

Hmm, not sure (I've got CS3 and XP). I would imagine they've got it working for that by now, though. You might check the latest builds at graphicall.org.
